How do I renew my library materials or see the status of my requests?

You can renew materials that you've borrowed from the Drake Memorial Library or from other libraries through the My Library Card portal. To access the portal, click on the My Accounts link on the library homepage:

If you're not already logged in, you may be asked to login with your Brockport NetID and password:

Once you are in your My Library Card account, click on Loans to see the items you have checked out. A renew link will display if the item is able to be renewed.

Click on the Requests tab to see the status of any of your active requests.

If you need further assistance, please contact the Library Circulation Department at (585)395-2727, via email at drakelib@brockport.edu, or get in touch with a librarian through our Ask A Librarian page.
