Verifying Your Mailing Address for Delivery

Graduate students have the option to have Drake and ILL items delivered to their homes. Before requesting, you should verify that the library has your correct mailing address. There are two places to check, as we use two programs to borrow materials.

1. Verify your address in ILLiad, our interlibrary loan program.

On the Drake Library homepage, use the menu on the left to click on Find and then Interlibrary Loan.

Log in using the ILLiad Login link.

Once you are in your account, click on My Profile using the menu on the left. Your status should be Grad Student - Distance and your pickup location Online/Hybrid Courses – Address on File.

2. Verify your address in your library account.

On the Drake Library homepage, click on My Accounts and log in.

Select the Personal Details tab and verify that your mailing address is correct. This address should be the current address you have on file with SUNY Brockport. If it is incorrect, you will need to update the address with Brockport.

Once your address is correct in both places, you can request items! When requesting, choose Personal Delivery -- Home Address as the Pickup Location.

After your item arrives at the library, we will ship it out to you.
